How long does delivery take?

Delivery times may differ because they depend on the country. At the checkout you will see what is the most likely delivery time for your address and country. After your order is shipped you will receive a track and trace code to follow your order.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, no. Directly after your order is placed we will order the blank item and we start producing it. Because we are committed to minimizing our environmental footprint we make items on order. So there is no stock. It's made just for you, therefore we can't change your order. However, you can always add extra items to your order but this may add up the time of delivery.

How long can i return my items?

Items are able to be returned within 14 working days. Please consider your order before your purchase since if you send items back it does impact the environment much. So please consider the environmental impact if you choose to return items.
